BENTWOOD Estate is an exclusive small acreage estate in the Upper Hunter to be auctioned in individual lots, with reserves starting at $50,000.

Seventy-three level home sites, ranging in size from about 3400 to 9200 square metres, all with water access, power and irrigation, will go under the hammer. The development sits on the backdrop of Pokolbin's Brokenback Mountain and the estate's vineyard corridors.

Because the estate will be zoned as a community title, all landholders are able to use community facilities: tennis courts, pool and community hall and function centre.

Ray White Newcastle's project marketing manager, Paul Garland, said this was an opportunity to be part of a rural vineyard estate.

"The estate is perfect for those wanting to build their dream weekender that they can turn into a real moneyspinner," he said.

Individual allotments on Brentwood Estate will be auctioned on Sunday, June 15, from 11am.
