AFTER living at her Warners Bay property for 22 years, Sue Salisbury has formed an attachment to the 0.9-hectare grounds which have hosted both of her daughters' weddings.

Despite the fond memories, Mrs Salisbury and her husband Ernest are looking forward to their next challenge relocating to Tweed Heads to open their own business.

The property is home to a charming three-bedroom house set among tranquil surrounds including an orchard and willow trees.

Mrs Salisbury said it was hard to condense how she felt about the property into a few words when she was so passionate about it.
